Very good experience

Paid for a repairI and was told successfully completed. Two days later car needed to be towed because work paid for was totally unsuccessful. Gave them more two more attempts which neither worked. Asked for my $900 refunded and was told they had costs. They have no idea how to fix the problem and leave me no recourse but let a judge adjudicate. I should not pay for their incompetence. Also when I took the car in originally I told them several times that everything on the car worked perfectly except both rear door locks worked intermittently. When I got it back the passenger side window and door do not work at all.

The main problem got fixed but you sent me home with a bad battery

Very Honest…!! Always get excellent service from these guys, they even gave me some great advice on how to do a repair myself. Easily could’ve charged me an hour of shop time to do it but they told me “ you can do this yourself. “ and they were right.. Not only saving me money, but saving me the hassle of dropping my vehicle off and losing it for a day

The mechanics know their stuff. They’ve taken care of my truck and kept me safe on the road for 1 1/2 years. New tires, oil changes, new wipers, tire rotation, cabin filters, etc.. friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I would highly recommend.

Everyone on the staff is an excellent mechanic and their work is second to none. Their pricing is very fair, and they are as honest as the day is long. Their customer service is exceptional. Jeremy & Jaft from Pine Island Auto did an outstanding job installing a Class-II receiver onto my travel trailer. This involved significant welding and it looked quite professional when all done.

Pine Island Auto is fantastic! I had a problem pop up just before leaving on a trip and they were able to diagnose it in about 30 minutes. They ordered the needed part and it was ready to go again within 18 hours!!! Fantastic service!!!

Excellent place and staff

I stopped into Pine Island Auto around 4:00 PM to make an appointment for an oil change, assuming they were closing soon. Instead, they said they could take me right away. Halfway through, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and phone and couldn’t pay. Without hesitation, the owner said, “No problem, brother — I’ll send you a link and you can pay when you get home.” It was one of the fastest oil changes I’ve ever had, and the service was excellent. The trust and professionalism meant a lot. A real breath of fresh air. Highly recommend Pine Island Auto.

Always explain what needs repaired. Price is always fair and they do a great job. The only place I go on the island now.

My car didn’t start. I called him for a jump and they came within 10 minutes later they followed me back to the shop and they put a new battery in and cut me back on the road. Great job guys.
